About

“Can we talk for just a minute? I started GirlFriendCoaching (GFC) in 2008 because of a desire I had within myself to connect with more women who were experiencing some of the stuggles that I had gone through while living life. After my own self-discovery process, I wanted to be able to help them laugh about and learn about their own process of living life…on purpose.

Even while attending “women only” events and programs, I saw that women were walking away with lots of information, but still with a hunger for creating lasting relationships. They felt they were empowered to “do” but missing something that would allow them to “be.”

I wanted to create a haven where these women could discover, rediscover or redefine who they are, their God-given gifts and talents, and have fun in the process with others. This would allow them the ability and place for “discovering friendships from the inside out.”

GFC is all about cultivating a circle of friends that truly know who they are as individuals (yes this is a process we go through) and are interested in investing in each other’s lives.

I believe everyone deserves a special friend who will not only support you and encourage you to step into your natural greatness, but who also authentically believes in and prays for you without judgment.”
